Hello
I'm and editor trying to piece together some footi I've captured using the program Screenium and seem to be running into an issue. When I capture the footage, the first codec I used was animation, which Screenium chooses for you. I exported the file using the same codec to my desktop, then opened the file in Final Cut, but when I placed the file into the time line Final Cut did not try to adjust itself to the files settings and instead gave me un-rendered footi. I then tried using Apple Pro Rez (non HD) for my second codec and even thou the files played smoother, it still did the same thing. Now, I just realized that the files in Final Cut are showing a frame rate of 13fps for animation and 19fps for Apple Pro rez. I have gone into the custom settings and have changed the fps but no help, still 13 and 19fps. Confused and could use some sage advice.
