Screen capture in video

Well, I'm a newbie and none of the other forums seemed most appropriate for this topic.

So, I've purchased an HD video from iTunes. There was one particular scene in it that I wanted to capture. However, the resulting image doesn't show the actual scene; it instead shows an image similar to the transparent background in Photoshop.

Any way to circumvent this? Thanks!

Ah, no matter, I've discovered a program that works. But if there is another method, I would be grateful.
