Screen colors messing up.. :/

Got a refurb a few days ago.
Second day the screen went sort of inverted colors at my buddies for a min. Not sure but something might have hit the back the screen slightly. I shut down that time cause I panicked haha.
Second time I opened sc2 downloader and it did the same but smaller portion. Nothing hit that time.
Should I worry ?
Think I should ask for a replacement?

Probably not the solution but there is a way to invert your screens display by pressing control+option+command+8 all at once. I doubt this is actually the problem because it seems very hard to press accidentally and it inverts the whole screen not smaller portions like you said had happened.

Just informing you because it could be something as simple as this, but it probably isn't. Good luck, hope you get an answer.
