So, I'm faced with multiple options (By the way, hi, I'm new to the forums). I could either get my screen replaced, I could buy a new iPod, or I could hold out until the newer generation iPod touch is released (generally a couple days after my birthday - early September). Haha. This is going to sound really lame, but my main aversion to sending it in to get the screen replaced is. Well. I have it Jailbroken, and frankly, I have a very advanced game of PokeMon running on it. Damn. That did sound lame. Anywho, any suggestions? Think it's worth the wait? Oh, and for the record, it DOES run, it's just a huuuge pain to look at.

I believe you can find the glass on your own and change it yourself. If you choose to get it fixed by Apple you could always restore via iTunes and send them a virginized iPod, no?
