screen display

i bought an S Video cable and the adapter to hook my mac up to my TV

once i did, i cannot now get my screen back to the orignal setting, i go to Display in System Preferences, but no screen configuration (i.e. 1024x768) looks normal....


what should i do to fix this?

what mac are you using? the default for macbooks are 1280x800 not sure about the other ones

that did the trick, thanks, i guess thats the only one i didnt try haha
