Screen does not work after Optibay change

Hello I after i finish changed out the optibay for a spare drive, and the main drive the Screen would not turn on.

I tried to reset SMC and PRAM but nothing works.

External display works fine.

I did forget to take out the battery connector to logic board before i did anything. did anything short out?

Its quite possible that static from your hands could have caused a short, especially if the battery was still connected to the board
