Screen doesnt turn off on ip4

IP4, screen never turns off, Ive changed the auto-lock from 2 min to 1 min and back several times, yet screen constantly stays on. Tried rebooting, still same problem......anyone else?
 
try a hard reset if that doesnt work, go to genius bar at apple and get it replaced (for free) ..sheesh
