Screen/Energy Saver issue

I have my Display Sleep set to 10 minutes, but it isn't going off. I rebooted last night if that matters.

I had a website open playing flash or something keeping the page active

Flash can be a real pain in the butt. It goes against my better judgement because I don't like google but I would maybe use Chrome when you really need to use flash and uninstall adobe Flash.

Chrome uses its own flash so it doesn't need adobe flash installed btw.
