Screen Flash in Photobooth

Is there anyway to disable it or anyway to just get rid of the horrible screen flash in Photobooth, it seriously ruins all of my pictures and usually have to put a sheet of paper to block the flash,

anyway to get rid of it

Try inverting the screen before taking the photo, so that it flashes black instead: ctrl+option+command+8

Or, take a screenshot of the Photobooth window: command+shift+3(or 4)

(Edit) There's no way built-in to the application to disable it

if you hold down shift while you take the picture there will be no flash, if you hold the alt button (i think) there is no 3 second countdown
