Ever since either the Chrome 18 update and / or the 10.7.3 update (not sure which because they happened so close)....

When composing a new email in gmail, the screen will flash. It's a similar flash to when your press screen capture on an IOS device. It's highly annoying. In Chrome it makes the entire screen flash. Switched to Safari for a few hours and it happened there too except the whole screen doesn't flash, just the safari window.

Anyone else experience this?

Forgot to mention, other users in our company are reporting the same. All macbook pros or airs and all running Chrome 18 with 10.7.3

screen flashing in gmail - using chrome on a macbook

Happening with me too - and the font changes after it's flashed - anyone else having the font change - to just slightly lighter and skinnier? Is someone eavesdroping on us? :)
