Screen flicker on SamsungT260

I have a Samsung T260 hooked up to my MBP
The screen seems fine for viewing but when I scroll through web pages there is a flickering effect.
If I scroll through pages like documents or my itunes it doesn't do it, it only seems to be internet pages that are affected. Any reason why? I never had this problem on my PC
