Hey guys,

I'm at a loss here and am not sure what a culprit might be. About 2 weeks ago, my screen started flickering and after about 30 seconds would go out. The computer would be on but it seems as though the back light is failing. At about the same time the airport extreme says no airport card installed. I have reinstalled Leopard and done the updates, with no luck. Now it is as if the computer has no wireless as i cannot find anything for setting for it. There is just ethernet or firewire. Did my card just simply go bad? I also did a hardware test that reported a code of 4sns/1/40000000 Tm0P. I read up on this error code and it seems to be a power issue. But the screen flickers and fades out no matter how its power is supplied. Is it possible my computer is just fried and i am SOL? I know this is quite lengthy, but i am really in a hurtlock here and dont know what to do since i dont have applecare.

Thanks
