I searched and found some similar cases but not much for resolution. Whenever i turn the iPad brightness down past halfway the screen will flicker badly on white backgrounds when I'm scrolling. It is extremely annoying. Anybody else have or has this issue then got a replacement? I like turning down the screen in low light but the flickering hurts my head.

Don't have the issue. From the sound, it seems like a hardware problem to me however I will have to actually look at it before giving my professional opinion. Your best bet is to show it to an Apple rep at the store to get a better idea.
If you don't have the latest OS, try upgrading to it - I highly doubt it will fix the issue but it's worth a shot.

Yes I totally have that same exact problem although it seems to be random becuase its not happening now but it sure has before. For me it only does it with the brightness turned all the way down.
