Screen Glitches once in a while when I got to top site page

I am new to Mac I just got a Macbook Pro 13" for fathers day in June. Two things that I have been noticing is the start up seems to be a bit longer and sometimes when I got to the Top Site page the screen glitches with pixelated lines for a split second. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem and what I should do.

I JUST noticed this also! I wasn't able to replicate it though, it's only happened once. I didn't notice any start-up problems though.
