screen goes all hazy

Hi
I recently had to return my iphone to 02 as it developed a resore fault and basically died.I have recieved a replacement which is now acting up, the screen goes all hazy , like a television that is not tuned in properly. And when it comes back on all the screen colours are distorted like the contract on a TV is set at max.

Does anyone know how I can fix this or will it have to back to 02??
