Screen goes white in places when scrolling.

Hey

Im currently on my second unibody MBP and i think this is broke too.

When i scroll on safari i notice that the text gets covered by white boxes randomly on the screen. Restarted it all to see if that would solve it and still does it.

I tried finding a folder that i have that is scollable when opened and noticed it does the same. I dont have black lines on the screen or anything like that that other people have had.

Do you think this is a graphic card issue or what?
