Screen got bigger :(

My screen got bigger and doesn't fit into the display. for example: when pressing the "phone" icon the text under the icons are all hidden as the display zoomed in and i can only see the top 1 mm of the text (icon names). It happen in all application. try to restore but with no luck!
Any ideas?
Iphone 4, not jailbroken.

do you have zoom turned on? it is under settings-->General--> Accessibility--> zoom

Yes - that was the problem.
Never EVER let your kid play with your phone....
