I don't think so. That looks like a problem that could get worse over time. Take it to the store and have it looked at.

I wanted to ask if you had any updates on this and what happened? I found your post searching. I have exactly the same spec'd MBP and exactly the same symptom as you video'd. It's getting really annoying so I'm thinking about taking it in.

Apple replaced my Mac with the 2019 model after two unsuccessful repairs and I haven't been experiencing the issues since then.
