The answer straight from Apple.
Basicly, a soft cloth and water. Or you could get a product called Klear Screen

I use iKlear on my Mac. Works wonders plus you can clean the whole computer at one time.

I have also used Windex on my screen. I don't know if this is good for it but I have never had a problem.
