Hope somebody might have any idea what this can be.

I purchased a new iPad mini 4 when it just launched a couple of months ago, I use it for several hours a day. The odd and very annoying thing is that every night the touch screen goes crazy on me. It's all good during daytime but then at a certain point the screen loses responsiveness or becomes overly sensitive to touch. The keyboard doesn't respond properly when I type (have to press really hard on the lettters) and on websites the screen starts to zoom in and out when I for example only want to press on a link or certain text.

Any ideas or should I just demand a replacement?

TIA!

Wipe it and set it up as new. If you don't want to do that, back it up, wipe it and put your stuff back on. If it still does it, take it to Apple for a replacement.
Thats what I would do anyway. I have one and have had no problems at all. I'm running on my backup form an earlier device.
