Ok, so my girl spilled soda on her iphone 4 and the mic was barely working. You could barely hear at all so I took the back off and cleaned the mic and all the quick connects with alcohol. After reassembling the screen brightness is diffrent all over the screen. Some places its bright but most other places its dark. Its readable and everything functions but i cant figure out what i did to make the screen brightness vary all over the place. I had an earlier iphone 4 that got dropped in orange juice and vodka and after months of drying it came back on but the screen did almost exactly the same thing. You could hold it out in the sun and see thee screen but once the backlight started working again it wasnt the same brightness all over. My girls phone barely got wet and the screen was fine until I took it apart. I set it in rice overnight to dry the alcohol and any residual liquid but once reassembled this issue arose. Also the main camera will not focus now either. The only good to come from this venture is that the mic works now. Can anyone help me out. Buying a new camera is no big deal but from what I hear the aftermarket screens are crap and their not retina so I really dont wantto go that route if at all possible. Thanks
