Screen is messed up

When ever that im playing runescape and something loads on the game. the whole screen turns white and repeatedly does it and then i have to restart the computer.
Does something no how to fix this?

My logic board was replaced last month because of this.

Basically, the screen turns into a strobe light and just flashes white and I have to turn it off to do anything.

The problem doesn't happen in windows 7 through bootcamp. I tried to use it on google chrome for mac, but the java wouldn't load, so I couldn't test it.
