Hi,

I own one of the first-batch unibody Macbooks (current Macbook Pro line).
Started noticing some strange screen behaviour: when displaying certain (darker) colors on a particular place on the screen (a vertical line), they get distorted.
It's really annoying when editing photographs, watching videos,... Well, anything, really.
It looks like the picture below. Sorry for the bad quality, but I hope you get the idea. Laptop is 1 year old, has AppleCare btw. Turn it in or is this a software issue?

Thanks for some advice.

I had the same problem with my Unibody macbook, although worse then yours. i sent it back for repair and received it with a new screen with the same problem. So, I had to send it back a second time now its perfect.
