A new member here. Have a 2009 unibody 13" MacBook Pro. Been running absolutely fine till now but recently started having problems with the screen. Started off with plain horizontal lines at around the middle which would come on intermittently and go away if I manipulated the top cover (as in lowered it or changed the position). But it has gone worse since then. I now have a patch of distorted image on the left side of the screen, more or less permanently. Again, if I move the screen it goes away sometimes and other times it just persists. If I turn it off overnight and start it up in the morning its completely fine but comes on after some use.
Any idea what is wrong?
