Screen Issues, are they covered?

Hi, so I have my 1 year-old MacBook and I am starting to notice problems with the screen. It squeaks horribly, and when I am in my biomed library, it is loud enough to raise ears. I also have these two large spots where it is noticeably brighter than the rest of the screen. There are also several dead pixels scattered across the screen. I'd also like to mention that the lighting on the panel is very uneven around the edges.

Are these things covered under Apple Warranty (I have AppleCare)?
