Getting flickering lines across my screen on my 2016 MBP 13".

No water damage, not been dropped etc. just started doing it today.

First pic shows screen on start up. Second is an example of what I'm experiencing. Sometimes it is worse and on multiple parts of the screen. mostly blue and pink.

Do you think this is a screen issue or possibly a loose connection?

Is it still within warranty?
If so, take it to a brick-n-mortar Apple Store...

Yeah, that definitely looks like a failure. Had it happen with my first MBP. Count your blessings you're still within warranty.

If you don't have AppleCare, see what they want to fix it.
If it's going to be more than, say, $500, I'd start looking around for a replacement instead.

Less than 2 years old. Not happy.

My 2010 MBP lasted 7 years with not one issue!

It happens with electronics, cars, etc. At any point systems can and do die. I had a server roll over and die 1 year and 1 month after we bought it. Luckily we had an extended warranty. Parts alone were $4,000, on $7,000 unit.
