Screen issues?

My screen recently cracked so I sent it to Geek Squad (I got the accidental damage insurance) and they sent it to be replaced. I got it back today, but the screen is very bright. Mostly at the bottom. I can't really see my icons clearly as before. I don't know if there is something that I can do to my settings, but it's way too bright. I was thinking of restore my displays back to the factory settings. Can someone help me? Thanks

"Mostly at the bottom" = sounds like a new hardware issue. Take it back and show them; I doubt hitting the brightness up/down keys will fix this new issue.
