Screen jumps in excel and inDesign

Frustrating and time consuming. When using excel and click on a cell the entire worksheet moves to the right several cells and I have to mouse back to the cell. I just click on a cell and the worksheet moves. The same problem with indesign. Add an image click past and the whole thing shifts over. Today in frustration I reloaded Yosemite fresh, installed Excel and bang the problem is back. Any idea? I have looked at the accessibility settings but nothing there.
