Hello,

My 2008 MBP crashed and I just bought a new MBA i5 128 ssd. I am not really sure how to describe my problem. When I have the screen lights on halfor less, I have the feeling I can see shadows coming from the lower frame (the frame above the Mac Book Air letters). It looks like the bulbs in the frame are not close enough togehter and in between is shadow. The bulbs (???) in the frame shape the light on the screen like the shape of the Wifi Sign.

It is not very obvious but disiturbing when you swipe trough the desktops horizontally.

Not sure if I could express myself clearly. Is this normal or do I have a problem with the screen ? Maby I am the problem?

Thanks for andy advice.

I just made a picture. Maybe this helps.

Yes there is definitely something wrong with your backlight. The light should be even at any brightness.
