Screen Liquid for touchpad

So I have a special liquid with a rag for screens and I used it to clean my touchpad It works perfectly fine as far as I can tell but I still wondering is it okay...

Yeah, it's actually mentioned on a Apple Support page to use a glass cleaner. Just don't put it on the trackpad itself.

You can use a mild glass cleaner sprayed onto the cloth (not onto the trackpad itself) to clean the trackpad.

I use a damp (not wet!) microfiber cloth; I have never experienced the need for tougher solvents than water on the trackpad or keyboard, as long as the cloth is absorbent enough.
