iPhone XR Screen mirror

Evening all I do a lot of carp fishing and when I catch fish at night I like to use my iPhone to shoot videos of me holding my prize only issue is I can’t see the phone screen so I don’t actually no how good the video is there anyway of screen mirroring the images onto my iPad so I can see what my phone camera is recording..? Many thanks all..

There isn't a way to do it well. There are iPhone webcam apps but the display quality is poor and the latency is very slow. Most or all require connection to a wifi network
