Screen noise after 10.6.4 update

I have a 2008 Mac Pro with 16GB and an Nvidia 8800 and two 27" Dell UltraSharp monitors.
Prior to upgrading to 10.6.4 (from 10.6.3) the displays were perfect. Since then I am noticing a lot of noise or static on the screens.

Has anyone else seen this issue after upgrading to 10.6.4?
