iPad Screen noise (flicker) caused by Siri

Hi, I am using the iPad4 and I am so happy about that. However, the siri logo area gets some flicker when it pops up as holding the home button pressed. This just happens occasionally and would not reappear if I continue to use the siri.

The flicker looks exactly the same as shown in http://www.idownloadblog.com/2012/10/08/iphone-5-screen-flicker-keyboard/. Does anyone have same experience?

I've seen this on my wife's iPad too. I think there might be a software update that we have not applied since we have not hooked it up to a computer yet.
