I used my MacBook Pro at work today and everything was normal. After powering down and taking it home, a problem arose upon trying to start it up again. The screen stays black, the caps lock key does not light up, and the apple logo on the back of the screen does not light up. However, the CD drive spins and it SOUNDS like it starts up normally. I think the hard drive spins as well, but I'm not certain.
I don't think it had to do with the latest update, because I installed it last night, turned the computer off, and it worked fine the next time I turned it on this morning.
I tried booting from the Leopard CD, but still nothing appeared on the screen and now I'm not sure how to eject the CD because the eject button doesn't seem to do the trick.
Any ideas what the problem here may be?
