Screen not working MacBook Pro Late 2016

Hello. I have a 2016 MacBook Pro. I was using the laptop today morning with no issues. I closed the screen and came back 2 hours later. The screen light was very dim and the Touch Bar was not able to adjust the brightness so I restarted the computer. Now, the backlight does not work and I have to use a flash light to try and see what's on the screen and its almost impossible to see. I have it hooked to a monitor.

Any suggestions?
