Hi, all,
I want to upgrade to a MBP. My question is this:
I have a MacBook with white/lighter marks on the lower part of the screen. These marks are usually not that significant when the computer is operating, but they are visible if you look for them.
I believe these are pressure marks, since I had something similar on my old iBook and Apple said that I had somehow put pressure on the iBook. (I disputed this with them, not knowing how my grip could possibly be strong enough to cause this damage, but they held firm on this point.)
Now, I don't know how on earth I possibly inflicted that damage on my MB and IB, but assuming I somehow have gorilla hands
, I want to know: 1.) is the MBP structure more resistant to those kinds of pressure situations and 2.) is there any known way I can prevent this from happening in the future?
Thanks!
