Hi, I have a Mac book pro purchased 14 months ago, the last few weeks I have had screen problems. I have contacted Apple support and they have talked me through resetting things etc I have even restored to factory settings and I still have the same problem. I’m not very computer savvy and don’t have a clue what could be the problem.

this is what I am experiencing whilst using the computer.

If anyone could help I would be extremely grateful

thank you

Yes, it looks like the ink has run and the colours are all messed up, the screen flickers continuously whilst using.

Well, obviously a graphics issue. I don't know of any software problems that cause something like that. Hardware involved would be the graphics processor, cables, connectors and the screen itself. Have you tried connecting an external monitor to see what that looks like?
