Hi! Just wondering if I should buy screen protector for my MacAir 2020? And what about a hard case and/or a sleeve case?
And a keyboard proector?
What are some things to look out for?
I am a bit worried because my MacBook Pro 2015 screen cracked a few weeks ago without any reason (I am thinking it was from charging it overnight on top of clothing?) so I wanted to see if I can prevent my new MacBook can be made to last a few more years

Different folks have different opinions on such things.

Me? I never touch my screen so I see no point in a screen protector.

I use a zipperless sleeve for transport (Incase ICON Sleeve), and don't use a hard case. I suppose if I were prone to spilling crumbs or coffee on the keyboard I might need to worry about a keyboard protector, but as that's never been an issue for me I don't worry about it.

Ah yes very true, I don’t think I’ll get a hard cover and yeah you’re right a screen protector is probably no isw
But my old MacBook Pro also had a screen problem where it wore down to shiny reflective screen (Apple eventually fixed it but I honestly thought it was a me problem)
Is this normal with MacBooks?

You're in luck.

All current Macbooks already come with a shiny reflective screen. No need to wait. :D

I'm not aware of any current issues with screens - had a 2015 Macbook 12" and never a screen issue.
