according to apple employees and other sources; buying these screen protectors and changing them actually is bad for the olewhatever coating on the phone. I used one on my 3gs but i got it so perfect on the phone that i never needed to change it.

I am debating on whether to purchase one and if so it would be a power support. thoughts?

and yes, i know there is mroogle but i am lazy and could care less.

It's all about personal preference. Some people prefer to use them in fear of something happening to their screen or OCD as some like to call it. I've gone through 2 Zag IS since I've had my i4 and I've decided that I will no longer use a screen protector. I'm pretty careful with my phone, knock on wood.

I put a Zagg on a few days ago perfectly and now a corner has peeled up. $30 wasted on a crap screen protector.

I am not a fan. I have never used a screen protector, and the screens on my 1G, 3GS, and 4 have NEVER scratched.
