Screen protector + Stylus

Today, I got a new iPad. Without thinking I got a power support AG screen protector. I use a stylus for taking notes and things like color splash. I don't want to take off the screen protector because it is anti glare, but do you guys know of any way I can make it 'slicker' without hurting the screen (protector)?
