My wife got her 4s yesterday, and I'm hinking we should get a screen protector for it, especially since she carries it in her purse. Have had a couple of folkes tell me no need too, but just wondering what your thoughts are.

IWhat are the best protectors out there; is "Puregear" carried at the Verizon store good?

Thank you

I always get a screen/back protector for my phone. Check out Best Skins Ever online. I've had all 5 iPhones and I always get them. They work GREAT!

Get one and use it.

SGP Ultrafine is the best antifingerprint.

I have tried ALL of the others.

Got my power support installed yesterday at the apple store and I must say i love the way it made the screen feel, Its the matte one and it shows no finger prints!

You don't really need one as the screen barely scratches (in my experience). However, most screen protectors these days also double as full body protectors for the sides and back of the phone completely eliminating the need for a case.

I use ghost armor full body and my phone has never had a case.

I used to use Power Support on all my iDevices. But, I really missed the feeling of the oleophobic screen so I took them off my iPad and 3GS and been fine the last 6 months. Not planning on putting one on my 4S.

I agree, nothing matches the feel of the glass. I'd imagine that 75% of people will be just fine without a protector for normal daily use.
