Just got my iPhone and I decided to invest in one of the screen protectors the stands in the mall install. A small bububble I believe appeared today, what should or could I do besides return to the mall and get them to
fix it if they even can

Try to take it back. If they don't do anything, take it off, buy a Best Skin Ever, profit. Or if this a protector for the front, don't use one at all.
