Because I use this iPod as basically a laptop computer, so I tend to notice the small flaws with it.

This iPod touch 1G was given to me by someone else (used but free), and the accessories it came with weren't the best. Even though the screen protector was clear, it didn't cover the whole iPod face and had air bubbles even after cleaning with tape. I have since then gotten a new screen protector kit from PDO, but I'm a bit hesitant. Are they supposed to be tinted green like this? And will they still attract fingerprints as easily? If the answer to those questions are yes...then I'd consider taking this back to the bookstore for my 11 bucks.

The screen protectors are actually crystal clear and completely colorless. The green tint is from a protective layer that you are suppose to peel off. Here's a hint: peel off the #2 green ply first, then peel off #1 and apply.

Thanks for the tip! I would have never have known if not for you. Now I'm hoping that they don't attract fingerprints as easily.
