Screen Protectors that work with cases?

I am looking for some cheap screen protectors for my 4S that work with cases-don't extend to the very edge of the screen. Most that I have go to the very edge and get peeled up easily by the cases I have. Any help would be appreciated.

Does it extend to the very edge of the glass?

My case slides on to the phone and it's hard for it not to grab the protector during this.

Many have small margins (.5mm) to prevent bubbling: SGP Spigen, Power Support, Green Onion. Also Best Skins Ever and Invisible Shield sell case friendly versions. I recommend the first 3 as they are static cling.
