Screen protectors

I was just curious if most use screen protectors or they just go without one on their iPhones...and if so, what one do you use/recommend.

I got the Zagg Shield Extreme today for mine ($35 at Best Buy). I'm not satisfied as it as a few dust specs underneath and later on in the evening now has 3 stains that won't rub off so I assume they are under the shield...I'm starting to think it is easier to just not mess with one. They ended up just peeling off on my iPhone 4.

Ghost Armor screen protector, 20 bucks, installed for me in mall kiosk, and lifetime warranty. If there is ever an issue, if I get a drop of soda and its sticky, I can take it back and get it replaced in 5 min.

Have been using them on my 4s, 4 and 3gs, wouldn't do it any other way
