Screen Record does not appear on my iPad Pro 12.9

As the title says the “Screen Record” button does not appear on my iPad Pro, PB2. It is fine on my iPhone 7+, but is not present on my iPad. Have others seen this problem?

I was going to post a screen shot but I keep getting a file is too large error message.

Have you enabled it in Settings?

Thanks Paddle1, I did not know you had to do that. When I put iOS 11 on my iPhone 6+ the button was just there.

I plan on using this feature quite a bit to help people like my sister get better usage from their iPhones.
