As far as I'm aware you can't create apps for unjaibroken iOS devices that record a video feed of the screen, since it would require it running fully in the background, and may hamper the performance of other apps. If you're jailbroken, you might be able to get it working, but on a "normal" device, the only solution, is plugging it into a Mac, and recording through QuickTime over Lightning.
