I need to record a conference video chat with one of my clients overseas now. I've done some research and found that it can be done with QuickTime. However, when I attempted to do a test, the video came out fine, but the sound was not recorded, the video was completely mute.

I need the sound and was wondering if there is any way to get sound into the recording???

Slider of sound

After clicking on "New Screen Recording" menu option a small window appears. This window has the button to start and stop the recording and the slider of the volume that must be moved to the right in order to capture the sound.
