screen region recording: record Adobe Flash based movie. Which application?

I wish to a screen region recording tool. To record Adobe Flash based movie.

Which application do you recommend me.

I found one for free which did the job, but only record about 2 minutes in free version and looks silly (user interface)

First: you should add tags around your image in your post.

The built in Quicktime.app has a screen recording function. Just open the app --> click File and select New Screen Recording.

You can probably download a third party app from the app store which will do that. Otherwise, GarageBand can record audio and so can podcast producer.

It means I will have audio and video track and need to combine them in final export?

Is there not an easier way?
