Screen replacement warranty

So a few days a ago, I gave my iPad to a local computer repair centre to fix my cracked screen, the model is an iPad 2 with 64GB and 3G I that matters. I have the AppleCare warranty and I was wondering if the warranty would be void because I gave it to a 3rd party repair service? I
want to know as I am possibly planning on selling it soon and the value would go up if the AppleCare warranty is still valid.

No otherwise I wouldn't ask.

Only if the repair is obvious, of poor quality, or you tell them will it void your warranty
